We are the oylers.
Raising cattle and farming has always been our passion. After almost a decade of it, we decided we needed a change, and in 2019 we decided to sell our meats retail instead of selling our animals at the auction. This cut out the middle man and allowed us to offer our community local pasture-raised meats. The focus for our farm quickly changed from a hobby to a business that we hope to grow into a legacy for our family.
During the pandemic it became impossible for us to get our animals harvested and processed for ourselves and our customers. We recognized a need of meat harvesting and processing in our area. Custom Processing
We are currently taking appointments for domestic animals (January through July, with limited availability from August through December).
We accept wild game August through December and by appointment (if harvested outside of the Utah hunting season).
