Raised right

Our cattle, Navajo Churro lambs, and heritage hogs spend their whole lives on green pastures. They are fed high-quality alfalfa, oats/barley, and barley rations during the winter to sustain their health and provide quality flavored meats. All-natural, organically-minded, and no antibiotics or hormones added.

We believe that the extra attention put into raising the animal creates an excellent end-product, and we hope that you enjoy our pasture-raised meat just as much as we do.
